WR Keith Kirkwood

S Saquan Hampton

CB/ RS Marcus Sherels

LB Alex Anzalone

LB Craig Robertson

T Chris Clark

DE Geneo Grissom

Also, TE Jared Cook, LB AJ Klein, and LB Demario Davis were out for the stretch period, but did not take part in any drills.  RB Devine Ozigbo was wearing a red no-contact jersey.

Alize Mack sighting
We haven’t seen tight end Alize Mack on the field after he got hurt early on in camp, but was present today for the non-padded practice.  The 7th round draft picked looked like he was full of energy and needs to start showing something in order to make the team.  Like Jared Cook, the 6ft4, 249 pound Mack has a large catch radius and seems to have a ton of upside in the Sean Payton;s offense working with a QB like Drew Brees.

Payton compares Taysom Hill to Steve Young

During the TV broadcast of the Saints/Chargers game, Coach Payton compared QB Taysom Hill to Pro Football Hall-of-Famer Steve Young. He was asked more about it after Monday’s practice and explained the vision.

“If you look back at Steve’s career, people don’t remember his time before he came into the NFL. You has a very athletic player that I think advanced when he got to San Francisco. He always had great ability with his legs.”
