Eli Apple got hurt late in the Saints win over the Bears, but the severity of his injury is not known.  NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport tweeted that the Black & Gold will bring in Kayvon Webster for a workout though.

More visits and/or workouts: #Saints are working out CB Kayvon Webster, the #Chargers are working out DT Adolphus Washington, the #Texans are working out WR Eli Rogers. RB Spencer Ware is working out for the #AZCardinals.

Webster began his career in Denver, when they selected him in the third round of the 2013 NFL Draft out of South Florida. He would sign with the Rams in 2017 and started eleven games before suffering a season ending injury. The 28 year did appear in two games last season for the Houston Texans.

The Saints and Webster are familiar with one another. He spent training camp in New Orleans this year and was released prior to the start of the regular season. The 5ft11, 190 pound CB has made 109 tackles, 21 passes defensed, 2 interceptions and forced one fumble in 67 games played.
