I think by now we’re ALL familiar with the story of the Slidell police officer who arrested a man at Walmart for cursing at his child and disturbing the peace. The chain of events was set into motion when a police officer decided to tell the dad not to cuss it up in front of his son. Emotions took over, cooler heads didn’t prevail, an arrest was made and a controversy was born.
