NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A TMZ Celebrity Tour bus driver in Los Angeles was fired Saturday after tossing the n-word at someone, TMZ announced.
According to TMZ -- which leases the bus from Exclusive Livery Service, which employed the driver -- there was "some sort of altercation during the incident."
The TMZ tour was not in progress nor were there any passengers onboard at the time of the altercation.
"We have been in contact with the owner of the bus company, who tells us the driver was swiftly fired for his intolerable conduct," TMZ said.
The LAPD was at the scene "taking a report," according to the Harvey Levin-run news outlet.
According to the TMZ Celebrity Tour website, "you'll see the locations TMZ has made famous over the last decade and watch some of the biggest stories in celebrity entertainment news come to life on our customized luxurious tour buses."
