LSU quarterback Jayden Daniel's 606-yard, five-touchdown performance against the Florida Gators has made him the co-winner of the Davey O'Brien Foundation's National Quarterback of the Week award.
Daniels passed for 372 yards and three TDs and rushed for 234 and two touchdowns in the 52-35 win at Tiger Stadium.
Daniel's output accounted for more than 86 percent of LSU's offense Saturday night.
The 701 yards total was the most ever surrendered by a Florida defense.
Oklahoma's Gabriel accounted for eight touchdowns in the Sooners' 59-20 win over West Virginia, passing for five and rushing for three.
