
The Philadelphia Eagles made a move up from #12 in the first round to #10 to select DeVonta Smith out of Alabama. He played in all 13 games last season, catching 117 passes for 1,856 yards and 23 touchdowns. Smith had nine games of over 130 yards receiving and three of 200+. The former Amite star holds the SEC and Alabama career record for receiving touchdowns with 46 and is the receiving yards leader with 3,965.
Smith became the first WR since Desmond Howard to win the Heisman Trophy and was also the the recipient of the Biletnikoff Award and Paul Hornung Award
