The Louisiana high school football regular season comes to a close this week, and some of the biggest clashes of the year will be taking place. Meanwhile, teams at the top of the power ratings will try to bolster their positions, while teams on the bubble fight for their chance to play in the post season.
Halloween may have been last Friday, but this week will be one of horror for a number of teams in the state. For some, it's because they'll be playing their toughest opponents of the year. For others, it's because they'll fighting for their playoff lives. On top of all of that, we still have a few district titles up for grabs this week.

Last week's winner was Ethan Heney of the Vandebilt Catholic in Houma. Ethan will receive a football autographed by Harold Perkins, Junior. On Friday, the Manning Family Children's WWL Prep Football Roundup Presented by Acadian Ambulance and Dr. Pepper will be live on the at the Shrine on Airline as John Curtis hosts St. Augustine in Catholic League action.
