The New Orleans Saints now know exactly when they will kick off the 2023 season, which begins with the reigning Super Bowl champs.
The three-game slate will begin on Sunday, Aug. 13 at noon (Fox) at the Caesars Superdome with the Saints hosting the Kansas City Chiefs.
From there the Saints will hit the road early as they plan to participate in joint practices with the L.A. Chargers before a preseason matchup, which kicks off on Sunday, Aug. 20 at 6.05 p.m. (Fox).
The final preseason matchup will come a week later when the Saints host the Houston Texans on Aug. 27, with that game kicking off at 7 p.m. (Fox).
From there the Saints -- and the rest of the NFL -- will get a week off before Week 1 of the regular season, which the Saints will begin at home against the Tennessee Titans, before hitting the road for four of their next five games.
