“He does a good job of walking that line of ‘I’m gonna push a guy to that point but I not going to hurt my team’, said defensive tackle Sheldon Rankins. “He does it well. That’s who he is, that’s who he’s been since he stepped foot in the facility. I just love that he’s on my team and that we can go out there and cause havoc together.”
Garner-Johnson did also make teammate Michael Thomas lose his cool and throw punches at practice earlier this season. What is that man saying that causes folks to lose their minds!?
“I can just hear his voice out to the side,” explained Rankins.
“If I hear that, I know he’s barking at somebody. Half the time he’s got guys losing their cool. Pushing him and shoving him. So whatever he’s saying it’s working.
But, I’m almost 100% sure there is not G rated version of it.”
