The New Orleans Saints announced on Wednesday their full schedule for their 2026 training camp, and fans will have plenty of opportunities to get a first-hand look at how things are developing.
The Saints have scheduled nine total open practices, two of which will be joint sessions against other NFL teams. The Saints also held nine open practices during their 2025 camp.
Saints players will report for camp on July 28, with the first practice set for the following day and not open to the fans. The first open practice will take place the following day. Here's the full schedule for those open sessions (in Metairie unless otherwise noted):
- Thursday, July 30 (no pads), 9-10:15 a.m.
- Friday, July 31 (no pads), 9-10:30 a.m.
- Sunday, Aug. 2 (no pads), 9-10:30 a.m.
- Monday, Aug. 3 (padded) 9-11 a.m.
- Wednesday, Aug. 5 (padded), 9-11 a.m.
- Saturday, Aug. 8 (padded), 9-10:30 a.m.
- Sunday, Aug. 9 (padded), 9-11 a.m.
- Thursday, Aug. 13 (padded), joint practice vs Jaguars, 9-11 a.m.
- Tuesday, Aug. 18 (padded), joint practice vs Cowboys in Oxnard, California, 4 p.m.
- Wednesday, Aug. 26 (no pads), at Tulane's Yulman Stadium, 7 p.m.
"We are looking forward to getting the 2026 season underway and welcoming our fans back out to our practices," head coach Kellen Moore said in a news release. "Training camp is always an exciting time of the year for the players, coaches and our fans and we are looking forward to getting to work in front of our great fans."
This year's open practice slate includes joint sessions with the Jaguars and Cowboys, the second of which will be held in Oxnard and managed by the Cowboys.
Open practices in Metairie, weather permitting, will feature concessions and other activities managed by the team. There will also be a live broadcast of practice, the team announced, which can be tuned in to via the Saints mobile app. Tickets are free and available on a first come, first served basis. They can be reserved at https://www.neworleanssaints.com/trainingcamp/2026/. Tickets will be available for season ticket holders beginning at 9 a.m. on Monday, July 13, while non season ticket holders will gain access at 9 a.m. the following morning.
