Big surprise, Week 14 didn’t start off with good news for the Saints (Cam Jordan/ Mark Ingram reserve/ COVID list, Deonte Harris to begin serving 3-game suspension). There were however, a few positives to note after Wednesday’s workout.
Running back Alvin Kamara (knee) and quarterback Taysom Hill (right finger) were full participants, meaning not only is Hill ok to play, but also (barring any setbacks) Kamara should be back on the field for the first time since Nov. 7th, vs. Atlanta.
Some more good news for the Black & Gold was the return of the team’s sack leader DE Marcus Davenport (shoulder). He was limited along with LB Kaden Ellis (hamstring) and T Terron Armsetad (knee).
Safety CJ Gardner-Johnson was also seen at practice, but does not appear on the injury report because he is still on injured reserve. If his foot injury is behind him, Gardner-Johnson could be designated to return in time to suit up on Sunday.
Tackle Ryan Ramczyk (knee) and rookie LB Peter Werner (knee) were not seen during the media's viewing portion of practice and did not take part.
Looking at the NY Jets, they have 11 players listed their first injury report for week 14:
