A persistent PGA golfer with a mean dad bod stripped down to his bottoms to avoid a penalty stroke on Thursday -- and nearly blinded spectators with his pasty pecs and guns.

Sebastien Cappelen refused to concede the stroke on the 11th hole during the first round of the Honda Classic, wading into shallow muck for a hack at his wayward approach shot.

After removing his hat, shirt, right cleat and right sock -- as well as rolling up his gray pants to near-capri levels -- the bare-chested Cappelen pulled off an impressive out shot, popping his ball out of the water and up onto the green.

Unfortunately for Cappelen, he missed the make-able putt he'd left himself, ultimately settling for a bogey on the par-4.

The episode was a hit on social media, where the peanut gallery was ready to pounce.

The Danish national, who played his college golf with the Arkansas Razorbacks, finished his round with 75 strokes, 5 over par.
