We find out Thursday when New Orleans will move into Phase Three and what the will look like.
New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell today previewed her announcement tomorrow.
"We're looking good," She told reporters. "We are looking at easements that will not take us back, but will only continue to move us forward."
The mayor says the focus is on wanting to keep the city safe and stay on track of making progress.
She did answer a question today about if there will be a Halloween celebration in the city.
"Halloween will go on," Cantrell assured everyone. "It will be unique, of course, as we move through this pandemic."
The mayor said there will be guidelines and restrictions, but did not detailed those yet.
Cantrell says she will outline what Phase Three will look like at her Thursday news conference along with what she called Three Point One, Three Point Two and Three Point Three.
