Ronald Johnson was a wanted man.
Kenner Police were searching for him at the time his body was found in the middle of a street in Lacombe.
The Times-Picayune/New Orleans Advocate reports Johnson was facing 11-counts of attempted murder dating back to January 2022 when he was one of identified as one of four men alleged to have opened fire on a home, wounding a man and a 10-year-old child.
Nine other people were asleep in the home when the gunfire erupted.
36-bullets riddled the home with bullets travelling deep into the home.
Johnson’s body was found around 3am Saturday morning on Brittney Drive in the Briarlake subdivision, St. Tammany Sheriffs said.
Johnson, a New Orleans resident, was shot numerous times.
