The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office says two people were found dead Monday morning at a home in the Money Hill subdivision of Abita Springs.
A neighbor's call to 911 led deputies to a residence on Orchard Row.
"Near the front door of the residence, deputies located a deceased female, and inside the residence they located a deceased male," said Lt. Suzanne Carboni, a spokesperson for the sheriff's office. "The neighbor reported hearing possible gunshots the evening prior."
