A 20-year-old New Orleans man faces several charges involving child pornography and sexual abuse of an animal, the Louisiana Attorney General's office says.
Agents with the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation arrested Walker Allen Sholar on Tuesday after a joint investigation with New Orleans Police, after getting a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Sholar is charged with two counts of pornography involving juveniles under the age of 13, one each of count of production of child sexual abuse material, computer-aided solicitation of a minor, and distribution of child sexual abuse material, and eight counts of sexual abuse of an animal.
Authorities booked Sholar into the Orleans Justice Center.
