A pair of suspects are facing charges now after state investigators say they had pornographic images involving young children.
"Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill’s Cyber Crime Unit made two arrests in New Orleans recently," according to a news release.

22-year-old Jerred Franklin of Oak Creek Road in New Orleans, was arrested on July 17, for violating:
LA R.S. 14:81.1 Distribution of Pornography Involving Juveniles Under the Age of Thirteen; two (2) counts
76-year-old Richard Howard II of Nashville Avenue in New Orleans, was arrested on July 17, for violating:
LA R.S. 14:81.1 Possession of Pornography Involving Juveniles Under the Age of Thirteen; eight (8) counts
"These were separate investigations."
Louisiana agents initially got a tip from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
"Both arrests were a result of a joint investigation with General Murrill’s Cyber Crime Unit, U.S. Homeland Security Investigations, and the New Orleans Police Department."
