A Baton Rouge-based Tik Tok personality known online as "Mr. Prada" has been arrested in Texas for a homicide that happened in East Baton Rouge Parish.
Terryon Thomas, 20, was booked in Dallas on charges of second degree murder and obstruction of justice.
Authorities say Thomas beat 69-year-old William Abraham to death then rolled his body up in a tarp and dumped in a roadside ditch in Tangipahoa Parish.
Abraham was a therapist in Baton Rouge. Investigators say there is no evidence at this time that Thomas was a client of Abraham's.
"I appreciate the work done by the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office, Louisiana State Police and Crime Lab, Baton Rouge Police Department, U.S. Marshal's Service and all others involved," said East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff Sid Gautreaux. "This is an ongoing investigation that will take time to gather further evidence."
