A police pursuit and collision overnight in Metairie sent a cop to the hospital.
It happened along the South I-10 service road near Causeway.
A JPSO deputy was injured and transported to University Medical Center in New Orleans.
He is reportedly in stable condition.
Police arrested two people on the scene. They were in another vehicle that was involved in the crash.
A JPSO vehicle at the scene had heavy front end damage. The suspect's vehicle was damaged in the front and on the side. It hit a fence and the police SUV.
Two other deputies reportedly suffered minor injuries while arresting the suspects.
