A Terrytown man is facing the rest of his natural life in prison if convicted on 150 counts of possessing and distributing child pornography.
Charles Howell IV, 61, was already facing one count when arrested November 24.
He was released after posting $50,000 bond four days later.
But when state investigators found hundreds of images on devices belonging to or controlled by Howell he was re-arrested Monday.
Howell was booked with 150 counts of possession of pornography involving juveniles under the age of 13.
According to the Times-Picayune/New Orleans Advocate, Howell is being held without bail at the Gretna Jail.
