Gunfire a block off Bourbon Street left three people shot early Christmas Eve morning.
"The NOPD is investigating a shooting that occurred at Toulouse and Dauphine Streets where three adult males were shot," Public Information Officer Garry Flot said in an email.
He advised that two men had gunshot wounds to their legs.
"The third male was shot to the back."
The call came in just after 2:00am.
No other information was released initially.
