New Orleans Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness Director, Collin Arnold, will be allowed to return to his job.
Earlier this month, NOPD officers arrested Arnold for DWI after he crashed his city-owned SUV into a parked car.
As the Associated Press reports, Collin Arnold will return to his job as NOHSEP director but will first complete a suspension that has been extended from 20 to 60 days. A city spokesperson says he will also lose his driving privileges.
Collin has pleaded not guilty to careless driving and drunk driving charges.
