New Orleans Police say a man went to use a portable toilet in Treme, when he an armed robber attacked him.
"The victim entered a portlet in the 1500 block of Laharpe St. when a male came behind him and brandished a knife."
An initial police report say the robber made the victim strip.
"The subject then demanded money and made the victim remove his clothing and his wallet."
It happened around 1:00pm.
"The subject proceeded to lunge at the victim stabbing him in his left forearm. The subject fled the scene."
