A St. Tammany Parish grand jury indicted Tristian James Foster, 41 of Covington of 1 count of first-degree rape wherein the victim was under the age of thirteen, 1 count aggravated crime against nature wherein the victim was under the age of thirteen, and 1 count of indecent behavior with a juvenile.
There were 2 victims aged 8 and 11 when the abuse took place in Covington, Louisiana between 2021 and 2022.
In a press release, District Attorney Warren Montgomery stated: "We want to thank Detective Katie Robbins with the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office who investigated the case."
Assistant District Attorney Ysonde Boland presented the case to the grand jury.
