Drivers found a big slowdown this morning coming from Kenner into Metairie near the Veterans Blvd. exit on the I-10 East.
Just after 5:00am a multi-vehicle collision closed all lanes of the interstate.
Around 5:30, first responders move the crash to the shoulder, but the damage was done. People also kept slowing down to look at the activity off to the right side of the road.
Delays stretched back past Williams Blvd. as far as Loyola and I-310 for more than two hours.
