The Louisiana Crawfish Festival, St. Bernard Hospital/Ochsner Health, St. Bernard Parish Government and Nunez Community College Nursing are partnering to offer COVID-19 vaccinations at the 2021 Louisiana Crawfish Festival.

The first dose of the two dose Pfizer vaccine will be available to anyone ages 16 and up on the following dates and times at the Frederick J. Sigur Civic Center:

Thursday, April 29 (5 p.m. – 9 p.m.)
Saturday, May 1 (11 a.m. – 5 p.m.)
Sunday, May 2 (11 a.m. – 3 p.m.)

Organizers say, "As attendees celebrate the return of festivals, they are encouraged to spend a few minutes getting vaccinated to protect themselves and their loved ones.  There are no appointments needed and getting the shot will be quicker than peeling a crawfish!"
