Deadly Motorcycle Crash on Tchoupitoulas

A motorcyclist is dead after they struck a woman and lost control of their bike on Tchoupitoulas Street.
NOPD investigation revealed that a motorcyclist was heading uptown on Tchoupitoulas Street when he struck the woman near General Taylor Street.
The motorcyclist was ejected from the bike; however, the motorcycle continued on and struck an occupied parked car.
One victim from inside the parked car was injured.
The motorcyclist died at the scene, and the two injured victims were transported to the hospital by EMS.
