A New Orleans man pleads guilty after he is accused of luring special needs caregivers into believing he is autistic and makes them change his diaper.

Investigators with the Louisiana State Police say 29-year-old Rutledge Deas, went to great lengths to trick the caregivers into thinking he has autism and required diaper changes as part of his diaper fetish.

They say Deas used social media advertisements to solicit health care workers to care for his 18-year-old mentally and physically handicapped brother named “Corey”.

Authorities say Deas would then pose as “Corey” and would become sexually aroused while the caregiver changed his adult diapers.

As the Times Picayune | The New Orleans Advocate reports, Deas has his sentence reduced to four counts of human trafficking and drug possession as part of his guilty plea.

He will now have to complete 400 hours of community service, undergo internet addiction counseling, stay off social media as part of his probation.
