The New Orleans Police Department is hoping someone recognizes this toddler found alone in the St. Claude neighborhood Thursday afternoon.
Authorities say the boy, approximately 2, was found in the 1400 block of Lesseps St. around 4:30 p.m.
Police say efforts to locate the child's family have been unsuccessful.
