It’s finally Election Day.
Nationwide and across Louisiana voters are casting ballots for the next president of the United States.

Besides electing a new President, every seat in the US House of Representatives and 33 US Senate seats are up for grabs.
There are local races and issues on many ballots and across Louisiana voters have proposed amendment to the state constitution dealing with dedicating coastal restoration funds.
Eleven other states are electing governors.
Florida, and North and South Dakota are voting on whether to make recreational marijuana legal.
Polls are open from 6:00am to 8:00pm in Louisiana. Anyone in line by 8 o’ clock will be allowed to vote.
