Today marks the first day of the 2023 Hurricane Season.
And while there is a developing low-pressure system in the Gulf of Mexico, don’t worry.
The most it can do throw a few showers our way.
The afternoon will be a warm one with temps in the upper 80s and a few passing showers
Winds will be breezy with gusts to 20mph and not much rain to speak of.
The low-pressure system will move South eventually and meet its fate in the wind shear and dry air.
The pattern will continue into the next week.
It will be hot and humid with pop-up storms, typical for June.
