Heavy water laden thunderstorms are working their way through the region.
This has caused the National Weather Service to issue a Flash Flood Warning for Orleans, Jefferson, with a flood warning in effect for St. Tammany, St. Charles, Hancock, Pearl River counties until 6pm.
Flash flooding is on going in these affected areas. In Orleans Parish, street flooding is possible for low lying areas like overpasses until 8pm tonight.
Neutral Ground parking is okayed for Orleans Parish.
