It won’t feel like it’s going into the first day of Spring.

Overnight temperatures will drop into the 30s and 40s tonight with cold winds blowing down from the north as colder winter-like weather arrives.


Sunday highs remain in the low 50s with some sunshine.

A freeze watch has been issued for the Northshore and River Parishes Sunday night into Monday.

Most of the area has the potential to see a frost, so protect plants Sunday night.

The first day of Spring will feel mostly like a winter day, but things begin to warm up from there.

We’ll be in the mid-80s by the middle of the week.

Light freeze north and west of lake.  Patchy frost elsewhere. Partly cloudy. Chilly. Low: S 39, N 31. High: 56.

TUESDAY:
