A man is ending his weekend in the hospital after he was shot on the edge of the French Quarter.
The shooting happened just after 7 a.m. Sunday near the intersection of North Rampart and Governor Nicholls Street.
According to a New Orleans Police Department spokesperson, the victim was shot multiple times. The victim’s condition was not disclosed. So far, police have not made any arrests in connection with the case.
