
It was safe to assume that when country music supernova Garth Brooks took the stage Saturday night in LSU's Tiger Stadium for his first performance in 24 years in Louisiana's capital city, his setlist might include his big hit that name-checks the city.
And that when he launched into said song, it might excite the crowd.
To understate things, he did, and it did.
Brooks literally sent shockwaves through the Red Stick when he and his band queued up "Callin' Baton Rouge." You can see amateur footage of the performance below.
