Forbes is out with the new billionaires list.
It finds that the number of billionaires worldwide fell due to the pandemic, economic downturn and war in Ukraine, but many of those who remained got richer.
The highest number of billionaires are in the United States with 735 billionaires.
Forbes says New Orleans Saints and Pelicans owner Gayle Benson is 778th on the billionaires list, with a net worth of $3.8 billion... up from $2.9 billion in 2019.
Elon Musk of Tesla and Space X tops the World’s Billionaires list for the first time, with a net worth of $219 billion. Number two on the list is Amazon's Jeff Bezos with $171 billion, followed by fashion and retail guru Bernard Arnault, Microsoft's Bill Gates and finance genius Warren Buffett rounding out the top five.
