A Houston-based crude oil and natural gas transportation and storage company has announced an agreement to buy the old Phillips 66 Alliance Refinery.
The buyer is privately held Harvest Midstream.
Harvest Midstream operates over 6,000 miles of pipelines across the United States.
Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed, but the acquisition is expected to be finalized in the 2023 first quarter.
The refinery had been for sale for nearly 18 months; it was converted into a storage terminal this summer.
