The Biden Administration is forgiving interest payments on student loans, which may affect as many as 30 million Americans. Is it a vote grab or a good financial decision for America?

"What happens to those who are in college, engaged in the same practice, thought process, going down a path where we know what the income levels are going to be ... and they end up in the same predicament?" Newell Normand said.

He wondered if forgiving student loans that have already accrued interest actually solves anything or just kicks the can down the road -- to the post-election world.

A lot of people are really 'bamboozled' into believing their education can be repaid.

Or are we moving to a world where college will be free? If we're not, then people accruing these huge student loan debts in the hopes they'll someday be forgiven are walking a tightrope of insecurity.
