The New Orleans Police Department says eight to ten juveniles on bicycles attempted to intimidate and allegedly rob a woman in the Holy Cross neighborhood.
It happened Tuesday at around 6:03 p.m. in the 400 block Andry Street.
An NOPD report says the gang of suspects on bicycles surrounded the woman and demanded her money. They say the victim began to scream for help and then all suspects fled on their bicycles.
