COVID-19 hospitalizations have fallen to levels not seen since mid June, right before the summertime surge began.
The Louisiana Department of Health today reports 534 COVID-19 patients in hospitals, down 19 from yesterday's report. It was 542 on June 16. The last time hospitalizations were as low as 534, it was late March and hospital numbers for COVID-19 were skyrocketing.
