With that simple credo, a septuagenarian Walmart greeter from Louisiana has gone viral on social media.
John Terry, 76, is known to his coworkers as “Mr. John,” and his upbeat attitude prompted Kita Wright to post a video of him on TikTok Monday.
Terry was certainly living up to his motto by reporting for work in some extremely frigid temperatures earlier this week, and his work ethic and positive attitude have proven popular.
The video of Terry on TikTok already has over a million views.
Commenters on the video vouched for Terry being the real deal.
“He is the best… This man is love and light every single day,” one TikTok user wrote. “And the whole community loves him.”
