Mandeville Police report arresting a man who was causing a disturbance at Mandeville High School.

Chris Burns, 28, allegedly was roaming the school’s campus with a dog, “shouting profanities at students”. Burns was allegedly located on the track across the parking lot from the main classroom buildings and approached by officers. He allegedly shouted at officers and eventually charged at them.

The report says Burns was forcefully detained and booked into St. Tammany Parish Jail on possession, unauthorized entry, and resisting police with force, as well as being a fugitive from another agency. The dog is in the passion of animal control.
