A sharp-dressed man is on the run after he robbed a Slidell by holding a teller at gunpoint.
The robbery happened around 11:30 a.m. Thursday at the Bank Plus on Gause Boulevard East near Gateway Drive. Police say the man, decked in a white shirt, blue tie, and dark slacks, pulled a pistol on the teller and demanded money. The suspect fled after the teller gave him cash.
Police do not know exactly how much money the suspect took.
The FBI is assisting the Slidell Police Department with its investigation.
