The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating an adult male reported as missing.
Zachary Hovsepian was last seen at a business in the 300 block of Bourbon Street at about 2:30 a.m. on August 14, 2021.
He has not been seen or heard from since that time.
Hovsepian was last seen wearing a red short-sleeved shirt, blue jeans and white Nike tennis shoes.
