Friday afternoon, the Moreno administration announced via the @cityofnola Instagram account that they had finally gained access to the city's social media accounts.
The development comes after a week long lockout from the Cantrell administration that refused to share the passwords.
Moreno's communication team stated this morning that they had elevated the issue to the social media platforms in order to resolve the problem.
