What made a man stand up in the back of a pedicab and open fire on a cop car in the French Quarter? New Orleans Police Chief Shaun Ferguson today says they still don't know.
"At This point in time we still do not have a motive for his actions. That is still under investigation," said Ferguson. "This does not appear to have any domestic terrorism affiliation or nexus, nor any anti-police affiliation or nexus."
