Considerable rainfall amounts could cause street flooding in low-lying areas.
The City of New Orleans is allowing neutral ground parking until Saturday April 8 at 8am.
Do not block driveways or intersections and avoid streetcar tracks.
If you come upon deep flooded streets or underpasses do not try to cross them.
