The city of New Orleans is telling vehicle owners they have to get their cars off of neutral grounds and sidewalks by tomorrow morning.
"Neutral ground parking will end at 8am Wednesday," the New Orleans Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness announced. "Please remove vehicles before that time."
