The city of New Orleans this morning announced that the parking restrictions will be reinstated at noon today.
It means cars parked on neutral grounds and sidewalks will have to be moved, or be subject to citations from the city's parking enforcement division.
The city temporarily waived parking restrictions so owners could move their vehicle to higher ground, just in case Hurricane Zeta's rainfall overwhelmed the city's drainage capacity.
