After an underwhelming and injury-laden season, the Pelicans are gearing up for the next year with high hopes. The Pelicans announced this season's schedule, starting with a road-opener against the Memphis Grizzlies on Wednesday, October 22nd.
The first game at the Smoothie King Center will take place Friday, October 24th, against the San Antonio Spurs.

The team announced that they are slated for two nationally televised games. According to the press release, "The Pelicans will be featured on national television twice during the 2025-26 campaign. Peacock is scheduled to televise the Pelicans’ home matchup vs. San Antonio on December 8, while the January 30 home contest vs. Memphis is slated to air on ESPN. Local television and radio broadcast information for the Pelicans 2025-26 regular season games will be announced at a later date."
